How to order?
You can order via the Website , Instagram DM or our WhatsApp Number. The size chart is provided under every product , in case of any kind of query you can send us a message on whatsApp or Instagram DM.
If you wish to order via Instagram or WhatsApp please send a screenshot of the product along with the size and we'll proceed from there.
What is your return/exchange/Cancellation policy?
We have NO Returns/Refunds
if you're skeptical about your size please share your measurements or send a picture of yourself on
Instagram DM or WhatsApp , so that our size expert can guide you and makes sure it fits you like a dream! <3
EXCHANGE - We ACCEPT exchanges within 2 working days incase you have a size issue but the shipping cost from both the ends will be bared by you. As a sustainable small business, we do not have the bandwidth for exchanges. In exceptional cases if the particular product is out of stock, the amount would then be credited as Obleka Store Credit that can be redeemed anytime.
CANCELLATIONS - Since we produce small batches and it is made to order - We ACCEPT cancellations on the same of placing an order with a fees of Rs.100. Post that we would not be able to cancel your order. Please contact on instagram Incase you want to cancel your order and we'll take it forward from there.
As a sustainable brand, that produces very limited quantity in small batches we don't want to keep any inventory. We also have fortnightly drops , so once it's out of stock it might not be restocked. If we accept a return it leads to inventory that is against our ethics since we believe in a 0 inventory policy, sometimes the specific colour is out of stock or we don't have the specific size you want to exchange it for because of small production.
Returns are the cause of over 15 million tonnes of carbon emission annually, Because of this, we do not accept any returns.
But in exceptional cases that the items you have purchased are damaged or we've sent you the wrong size than the one you ordered , we will proceed to replace your garments (and if this is not possible, you will be refunded).
How can we know the exact size if you don't take any Return/Refunds?
You don't have to worry about our products not fitting you correctly , refer to the size chart carefully , if there is still an issue you can always send a picture of yourself on Instagram DM or WhatsApp Number. Our size expert will ask for your picture / precise measurements and advice a size accordingly. We assure you , it will fit like a dream.

Can we order different sizes for top and bottoms?
yes , you can order different sizes for tops and bottoms. This only implies on crop top sets and not unisex sets.
You can choose the sizes separately and we'll deliver what you ask for.
Do you also sell your garments separately?
For now we do not sell our garments separately , all our garments are only sold in coordinates/sets. The prices mentioned on the products is for the set including top and bottom.
What are the payment options and how long does delivery take?
We only accept online payments and have additional shipping charges depending upon the location.
Delivery takes 7 working days (minimum) and 14 working days(maximum) due to production in small batches , As soon as your order is confirmed we will keep updating you on mail or WhatsApp.
If you want express delivery for a special occasion please message us on Instagram DM or WhatsApp with your order ID and we'll make sure it reaches you within the time frame.*There are additional charges for express delivery*
Standard shipping for all locations outside DELHI NCR are INR 150. For Delhi NCR it is INR 65.
